Many of our products have lifetime guarantees from the manufacturer; additionally Veilso guarantees all products for 30 days. Return your item unopened in new condition within 30 days and you will receive a full refund minus the cost of shipping the item to you.
- How quickly will you ship my item after I purchase it?

Most of the products we sell ship the same day payment is received. If for some reason your item is not in stock it will take roughly 48 hours for your item to ship to you.
- Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?

Yes we do ship to APO and FPO addresses. Most items ship the same day payment is received.
- Is gift wrapping available?

Gift wrapping is available and we are happy to do it; however please understand that carefully wrapping packages is somewhat inefficient and time consuming so we charge a flat rate of $10 for this service.
- Will you include a special note with my package?

- My item arrived damaged what do I do?

If your item was damaged during shipping please let us know as soon as possible and we will file a claim with the mail carrier. We will work closely with you until the matter is resolved.
- How do I get on you catalog mailing list?

That's easy, simply sign up for an account as you are going through the check out process, and check the box that says "please send me the new Veilso catalog". If you move to a new address simply update your account information, and you will continue to receive our catalog.
